Attention to detail, communication, and cleanliness were way beyond any expectations and probably the best I have ever delt with, and I am a NYC engineer for 30+ years. Our expectations were exceeded way more then imaginable. Our floor was an interior room and had sunken in due to poor construction. … You will not be disappointed!

Why we prefer polyaspartic
- Done in a dayWalk on it in hours and park in about a day. Epoxy often takes 2–4 days.
- Won't yellowUV-stable, so it stays clear in sunlight. Epoxy can amber over time.
- Built for Ozark weatherFlexes with temperature swings and resists hot-tire pickup, oil and road salt.

Frequently asked questions
The four questions we hear most. The full list is on our FAQ page.
How much does a garage floor coating cost?
Price depends on the size of your garage, the floor system you choose (with or without a moisture vapor barrier) and the condition of your concrete. Use our floor cost estimator for an instant estimate. We confirm your exact price in writing after a free on-site measure and moisture test.
How long does installation take?
Most standard 1- and 2-car garages are finished in one day. You can usually walk on the floor within a few hours and park on it in about a day. Larger garages or floors that need major repair can take longer, and we give you an exact timeline at your estimate.
What makes polyaspartic floor coatings better than traditional epoxy?
Polyaspartic coatings cure much faster than epoxy, so most garages are finished in a single day. They are UV-stable (they won't yellow in sunlight), flex with Arkansas temperature swings, and resist hot-tire pickup, oil, road salt and chemicals. We still install epoxy where it's the better fit, like some shop and commercial floors.
What is a moisture vapor barrier, and do I need one?
Ground moisture can rise through a concrete slab as vapor and push a coating off from underneath. That is the most common reason garage coatings peel. A moisture vapor barrier is a base coat that blocks that vapor before the rest of the floor goes down. We test your slab during the free estimate and tell you plainly whether you need it.
