Draft: review with your attorney before launch
Using this website
This website is provided by Ozark Ridge Floor Coatings & Garage Doors ("Ozark Ridge," "we," "us") to help you learn about our services, preview designs and request a free estimate. You may use it for your own personal or business purposes. Please don't misuse it: for example, by trying to interfere with how it works, copying it for a competing business, or submitting false information in our forms.
Online estimates and visualizers
The floor cost estimator gives an estimate, not a quote. It uses typical price ranges and the information you enter. Your actual price depends on an on-site measurement, the condition of your concrete, a moisture test and the options you choose. We confirm your price in writing before any work begins, and only that written quote is binding.
Visualizer previews are approximate. The floor and garage door visualizers are design tools. On-screen colors, textures and proportions vary with your screen, your photo and lighting, and may differ from the installed product. We bring physical samples to your estimate so you can see real colors in your own garage. Photos you upload are processed in your browser and are not stored on our servers.
Quotes, scheduling and work
Submitting a form, estimate or design is a request for a free estimate. It is not an order, and it does not obligate you to buy or us to perform work. Any installation we agree to is covered by a separate written quote or contract, which sets out the price, scope, schedule, payment terms and warranty for that job. If these terms and a signed contract disagree, the contract controls for that job.
Text message program
When you provide your phone number in one of our forms, you agree to receive calls and text messages from Ozark Ridge about your request, such as scheduling, estimates and follow-up on your project. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Message frequency varies by project. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the details below.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We don't promise that it will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that estimates and previews will match the final installed result. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Ozark Ridge is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this website, the estimator, the visualizers or the text message program. Our responsibilities for installed work are set out in the written quote or contract for that job, including its warranty.
