Epoxy systems
Thick, hard-wearing coatings that stand up to forklifts, rolling loads and spills.
- High-build, chemical-resistant
- Solid color, flake or quartz finishes
- Smooth or textured finishes
Epoxy, urethane cement and polyaspartic floor systems for kitchens, shops, warehouses, showrooms and more. One local team handles testing, prep and installation, and plans the schedule around your business.
Traffic, chemicals, heat, water and cleaning all decide which coating will last. We install the four system types below and match them to your space.
Ozark Ridge installs commercial floor coatings for businesses across North Central Arkansas: epoxy for shops and warehouses, urethane cement for commercial kitchens and breweries, and fast-curing polyaspartic for retail and offices. Every project starts with a free walkthrough and moisture test.
Thick, hard-wearing coatings that stand up to forklifts, rolling loads and spills.
A cementitious urethane built for hot water, thermal shock and harsh daily cleaning.
Fast-curing coatings that keep downtime short and stay clear in sunlight.
Decorative broadcast layers that add color, texture and grip to epoxy or polyaspartic floors.
Pick your facility and see which system we usually recommend. We confirm it after testing your slab at the walkthrough.
Commercial kitchens see hot water, grease, steam cleaning and constant traffic. Urethane cement is made for that kind of thermal shock and washdown.
Every facility is different. Your recommendation is confirmed in writing after a free on-site assessment and moisture test.
Grease, hot water and daily scrubbing.
Hot tires, fluids and rolling jacks.
Forklifts, pallets and marked lanes.
A clean, bright floor customers notice.

Seamless floors that are easy to clean.
Heavy foot traffic in halls and kitchens.
Apparatus bays and gear rooms.
Straight answers about downtime, systems and prep.
It depends on the floor system and the size of the space. Polyaspartic floors can often take light traffic the same day, while epoxy and urethane cement systems need more cure time. We plan the schedule with you, phase large areas when we can, and put the timeline in writing before work starts.
It comes down to traffic, chemicals, heat, water and how you clean. Urethane cement handles hot washdowns in kitchens and breweries, epoxy builds a thick, chemical-resistant floor for shops and warehouses, and polyaspartic returns to service fastest for retail and offices. We recommend a system after walking your space.
Sometimes. Old coatings, sealers, tile adhesive and contamination usually have to come off so the new system bonds to clean concrete. We check during the walkthrough and include any removal in your proposal.
Yes. Moisture moving up through a slab is a leading cause of coating failure, so we test before recommending a system and add a moisture vapor barrier or a moisture-tolerant system where it is needed.
Yes. We can broadcast aggregate or flake into the coating to add texture where floors get wet or greasy, balancing grip with how easy the floor is to clean.
